At M.Natesa Chettiar, a cloth merchant, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy strictly allows for exchange only in the case of damaged or defective items.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for a exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You must share an unboxing video without any cut or edit, clearly showing the damage or defect. This video must begin with the sealed package and continue through the full unboxing process to verify that the issue occurred before use.
  • The product should be returned in its original, unused condition and with its original packaging intact.

Exchange Process

  1. Step 1: Contact us immediately after receiving the product if you notice any damage or defect.
  2. Step 2: Share the unboxing video with our support team for verification.
  3. Step 3: If the claim is approved after inspection, we will initiate the shipment of a exchange product at no additional cost to you.
  4. Step 4: The original product must be returned to us before an exchange product is sent out .

Please note: Products that have been used, washed, altered, or are not returned in original packaging will not be eligible for a replacement.
