Order Cancellation by Customer:
Once order placed by the customer cannot be cancelled.
Order Cancellation by M.Natesa Chettiar a cloth merchant:
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product unavailability or discontinuation.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information, including shipping address, contact number, or name.
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
Order Cancellation due to unavailability of customer:
If the delivery partner is unable to deliver the package to the mentioned address given by the customer, the following steps can be taken.
- The shipment will be returned to us.
- The customer needs to pay an additional courier charge to have the product redelivered or they can choose to cancel the order by accepting the courier charge , processing fee and handling charges . The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
- The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
- Refund will be processed via the bank account used during the transaction.
Refund Eligibility
Please note:
- Refunds are applicable in cases where a product is received with a manufacturing defect or damage.
- In such instances, an exchange will be provided in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Refunds will not be processed for dissatisfaction with material, size issues, or colour variations.
